Upon finishing up at SFU with his Bachelor of Science – Kinesiology in 2017, Keith graduated from The University of Sydney in Australia at the end of 2019. He has experience working with a variety of cases from the general population, post-op patients, car-accidents, and semi-professional athletes. He also has a special interest in shoulder and knee injuries. Keith likes to incorporate a mixture of hands-on manual therapy, individualized movement/exercise prescription, and education in order to optimize patient goals.

Sports and activity have been an integral part of Keith’s life growing up. He has participated in martial arts, swimming, rugby, soccer, basketball, and volleyball to name a few. He has spent most of the last decade as a swim and aquatic fitness instructor while also being the team athletic trainer for SFU’s varsity men’s basketball team from 2015-2017. Keith has found a way to incorporate his love for sports and fitness with education in a variety of mediums. No matter what your goals are, Keith will be sure to work with you and get you there!

In his free time Keith enjoys staying active through recreational sports, weightlifting, running, hiking and camping. He plans on taking professional development courses to be at his best for his patients.
