Having been a competitive gymnast for the majority of her life, Nicole developed a passion for health, fitness and rehabilitation. This passion lead her to pursue a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland.

 

In her spare time, you can find Nicole snowboarding or road biking in the local mountains and surfing in Tofino. She’s also an avid traveller who loves to explore new places and cultures!
